H.S.H. Princess Gabriella Thérèse Marie, Countess of Carladès (in Auvergne)

Daughter of HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco and HSH Princess Charlène, twin sister of HSH Prince Jacques Honoré Rainier.

Monaco's Princess Charlène has given birth to a baby boy and a baby girl. The births took place on 10th December 2014 at the Maternity of the Princess Grace Hospital Monaco. Princess Gabriella was born at 17h04, 2 minutes before her brother HSH Prince Jacques the Crown Prince (born at 17h06).

The population of Monaco was invited to complacency, as the same device that during the National Day until the day of the presentation by the Princely Couple of their children on the Palace Square. The date of the official presentation was scheduled for Wednesday, January 7, 2015, which was a holiday for all people working in Monaco after voting law text submitted by the Government to the National Council.

The Monegasque, residents and employees of the Principality and all the people who wished, could attend the presentation by the Princely Couple of their children, Palace Square, to their honor.

The baptism of the Princely Children of T.S.H. Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène, H.S.H. Hereditary Prince Jacques and H.S.H. Princess Gabriella, was celebrated at a religious ceremony to took place on Sunday 10 May 2015 at 10.30 a.m. in Monaco Cathedral in the presence of members of the Princely Family and the Wittstock family.

The Godfather and Godmother of Hereditary Prince Jacques are Mr. Christopher Le Vine Jr and Mrs. Diane de Polignac Nigra.

The Godfather and Godmother of Princess Gabriella are Mr. Gareth Wittstock and Mrs. Nerine Pienaar.

A decoration ceremony was held in the Throne Room where Hereditary Prince Jacques was named Grand Cross of the Order of Grimaldi and Princess Gabriella Grand Officer of the Order of Grimaldi.

The Godfather and Godmother of Prince Jacques was named Officers of the Order of St. Charles and those of Princess Gabriella will be named Officers of the Order of Grimaldi.
